Customer Service Executive

An enthusiastic Customer Service Executive / Sales Coordinator is needed to join the team at one of the fastest-growing suppliers of temporary surface protection products to the construction industry in Antrim on a full-time basis.

Their mission is to provide specialist products and exceptional Customer Service. They need someone who can meet their high standards of client management and hit their targets whilst doing so.

As a Customer Service Executive with them, you will be an exceptional communicator with a profound drive to exceed.

Key Responsibilities:

• Processing orders and sending order confirmation
• Handling customer enquiries over the phone
• Handling incoming calls about credit application forms (e.g., director guarantee) and assisting with the processing of said forms
• Assisting with and managing the acquisition of new leads
• Sorting of special deliveries - coordinate with the Warehouse Supervisor
• Booking appointments
• Creating maps for reps for visits
• Producing quotes for clients and then following up with them via phone and email
• Calling up prospective leads
• Reviewing sales orders and pipeline (setting F/Us, making sure everything is up to date)
• Support Management and Sales with any other administrative duties as required

Required Skills:

• Experience in a similar role would be advantageous
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Superb telephone manners and Customer Service skills
• Sound knowledge of Microsoft packages
• Former experience using Odoo or other business management software would be a bonus
• Exceptional time management and organisational skills
• Ability to set and meet targets
