In the role you will be working in a client facing role, working on delivering excellent customer Service and Success activities. You will be liaising with multiple customers, troubleshooting issues and acting as the face of the company to the company's range of esteemed clients.

The Role:
* Providing Excellent Customer Service to clients
* Communication with Customers over phone and Email
* Complaint resolution and problem-solving issues.
* Liaising with multiple departments within the organization
The Person:
* Background experience in Customer Service
* Good Communication skills
