Customer Services Executive Full time permanent office based role Mon-Fri office hours Burgess Hill. Lots of free parking available on site along with free nearby street parking - close to railway station and local transport links. Salary: £24000-£26000 per year plus very good company benefits. The role: The Customer Service Executive is responsible for all aspects of customer service from responding to email enquiries, checking customer accounts, monitoring direct debits, taking payments, and any other customer and client follow up demands. This role will also give support to sales, admin and the accounts teams where necessary to carry out administrative tasks and assist with any excess workloads.
