Brilliant opportunity for a proactive Customer Service and sales support executive who can support customers, provide great service, spot opportunities, cross sell, upsell and grow the accounts. Sell a wide range of PPE to medium sized business in the local area.
**This role would suit an someone with 2+ years Customer Service experience who can provide excellent business-to-business sales support in the local area**

The Role:
- Be the single point of contact for 60 – 80 accounts
- Inbound and outbound calls providing Customer Service and answering queries
- Know and understand the product range, find opportunities to cross sell and upsell to customers
- Provide support to the wider sales team
Who we need:
- Someone self-motivated and proactive
- Great communicator who is confident on the phone to customers, have conversations, find opportunities
- Able to learn about and understand the product range in order to assist customers
- 2+ years’ experience in a B2B sales / Customer Service role.
