SalaryOur key client based in Burgess Hill are seeking a temporary Customer Services Associate , this is an immediate start and for at least 6 months.
100% office based
Monday - Friday
Free Parking on site
Duties to include
Managing the order fulfilment process , administration of orders and order change requests .
Daily proactive management of all customer orders
Ensuring all customer administration and logistical questions are actioned.
Ensure all CRM data is to the highest of accuracy
Ideally you will have experience of working in a processing of customer data role / administration environment .
