Responsibilities:
- Efficiently manage order entry and process transactions promptly and accurately.
- Respond to customer queries and provide comprehensive assistance.
- Handle incoming phone calls and ensure exceptional Customer Service delivery.
- Perform general Customer Service duties, maintaining clear and organised records.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a Customer Service role, preferably within a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 08:00-17:00
