Customer Service Executive needed to join a growing global business in Ashington. This role offers excellent company benefits, including private medical and progression.
Duties:
- Establish and develop mutually beneficial long-term relationships with key customers
- Record, build and progress sales opportunities from enquiry to delivery through the CRM system
- Build the sales pipeline by identifying opportunities with both existing and new customers
- Record customer feedback on products and services - both positive and negative
- Provide initial point of contact for all pre-sales information including product specification, pricing and availability
- Provide first level after sales support and troubleshooting
- Day to day contact with key accounts and customers in assigned territories
- Ensure all customer enquiries are dealt with in the most professional and speedy manner
- Manage the live chat function of our website, ensuring all queries are answered promptly and all active sales leads are followed up
- Responsible for first line answering of sales calls into the business
- Responsible for ensuring all sales enquiries sent to the Sales inbox are handled promptly.
- Prepare and send quotations to both your own customers and when requested by the business development team
- Organize the shipment of sample products to key customers and follow up the results with customers
- Provide sales support to marketing campaigns including exhibitions, events and webinars
