SalaryOur client a leading civil engineering contractor are looking for an experienced Site Agent.
Immediate start
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the engineering team, including Site Engineers, Section Engineers & Foreman
- Ensure compliance with Health and Safety regulations
- Monitor and control all aspects of the project, ensuring delivery within programme and budget
- Liaise with clients, designers, and subcontractors
- Attend progress meetings and compile reports
- Implement Quality & Environmental plans on site
- Drive a Safety Culture across the site team
Requirements:
- Relevant highways construction experience
- Previous experience with a main contractor in a similar role
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
