Customer Service Manager

We are currently recruiting for a Customer Service Manager to work within a busy and exciting team with great emphasis on personal development and growth.
What will you be doing?
As the Customer Service Manager your responsibilities will mostly consist of:
- Lead and develop the Customer Service team through a hands on, active approach
- Support with implementing systems, communicating changes and supporting the team by setting KPIs
- Providing guidance on market changes, and best practice, supporting the team with any training needs
- Develop relationships across the business to foster strong team relations
- Strong leadership skills, looking at process improvements, recruiting for the team
- Office management duties- supporting the office as a whole and helping with organising/scheduling events
Your background:
You will ideally have experience within a similar role, a proven track record of relationship building, high levels of attention to detail is key for this role along with excellent verbal and written skills.
The salary for this position is £28,000-£32,000 this is a full time permanent position with the offer of hybrid working, 2 or 3 days per week office based. Parking is provided.
