Job Description:
We're in search of a dedicated Customer Support Representative to join our Potterific team on a maternity cover basis. Your mission? To assist our guests and ensure their journey with us is as smooth as a Nimbus 2000 ride and liaise with our lovely team of guides.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond promptly and warmly to customer emails and calls.
- Cast captivating spells (or rather, create engaging posts) on our social media platforms to share our magical experiences.
- Reach out to muggle tour operators and hotel wizards to spread the word about our tours.
- Maintain a parchment of influential figures and (muggles call them influencers) and mystical bloggers for potential collaborations.
- Craft thoughtful responses to reviews and feedback, making sure our guests feel like VIPs (Very Important Potterheads).
- Engage with our magical community on Reddit and Quora by answering questions and sharing your wizarding wisdom.
- Liaise with tour guides to set up extra and private tours.
- Essentially we are looking for someone as determined as Harry, as resourceful and conscientious as Hermione, as fun as Ron, as calm as Dumbledore and as kind-hearted as Hagrid – no pressure!
Requirements:
- Exceptional owl-like communication skills (both written and verbal).
- A heart as warm as Hagrid's hut, dedicated to providing top-notch Customer Service.
- Experience in the mystical arts of social media management is a plus.
- An innate desire to go over and above expectations.
- Ability to work independently and perform magic (oops, we mean work) efficiently from your own home.
- A love for all things Harry Potter.
