A fantastic opportunity has become available for a Senior Customer Service Specialist to join niche company within the industry. Key Responsibilities:
* As part of our continued success and our ambitious growth plans, we are looking for a talented Senior Customer Service specialist to join our team and play a pivotal role in the next stage of our company's development and help us to continue to develop as one of the world's leading cycling travel companies.
* As a Senior Customer Service Specialist, you will be responsible for all aspects of post sales booking support, with a particular focus on post sales bookings. Your key responsibility will be managing post sales enquiries and tasks as well as booking hotels, bikes and transfers and liaising with our suppliers. You will also deal with post sales amendments and booking changes.
* Daily you will be distributing Customer Service tickets whilst speaking to customers and suppliers making changes to bookings, resolving frontline issues, taking payments and ensuring all elements of a booking are fully confirmed. Working in a fast paced and challenging environment you will always offer a fantastic level of service encouraging customer loyalty and ensuring the brand values are always represented.
* We have expansive growth plans in 2024 and see this role growing into a management position as we continue to grow the Customer Service team throughout 2024.
About you:
* Previous experience working in a phone based customer Service role, preferably within a KPI driven Contact Centre.
* Team leader experience is desirable.
* Previous experience of using a Customer Service ticketing system / crm.
* As we specialise in cycling holidays, a knowledge / interest in cycling is desirable.
* Attention to detail an absolute requirement of the job.
* Previous experience of working in the travel industry with knowledge of both UK and overseas travel would be preferred but not essential.
* Previous telephone based Customer Services experience.
* IT literate with a good knowledge of Google applications preferable.

* Salary - £28,000 - £30,000
