Customer Service Manager

Our client is currently seeking a Client support manager/Administration Manager for a maternity cover.
The successful candidate will manage the support function in the absence of the Client Support Director and have come from a customer and client support managers background.
This role will be to assist with the implementation and deliver the 2024 Client Support program by providing support for staff and their customers and to support the Client Support Director assisting them with designing and implementing their engagement strategy with their customers.
Job description

• Maintain awareness of market trends, client, and competitor activity, proactively feeding back to the management team and is related companies
• Ensure the integrity of the data held for each client, prospect and franchisee within our CRM and other relevant systems
• Put the clients and prospects and its related companies at the heart of what you do, making sure that all engagements are profitable to the client, yourself and its related companies
• Work with the Client Support Director to improve data integrity held within our CRM (Zoho)
• Assist the Client Support Director in making Customer Services a centre of excellence.
• Make a positive contribution to the team
• Assist the Client Support team by implementing feedback from customer and members following surveys
• Provide training and support for the team
• Deputise for the Client Support Director
• Make a positive contribution to the business by sharing ideas

Skills and experience:

• Must be able to demonstrate good communication skills
• Must have managed a Client Support team
• A working knowledge of the Zoho CRM would be an advantage
• Must have worked managing Customer Service and account managers
