WFS have an exciting opportunity to join our growing team at London Gatwick.
As the Customer Service Manager you will be responsible for developing and maintaining client relationships with our airline customers whilst also playing a key role in station compliance, project implementation and staff engagement.

Your main responsibilities on a day to day basis will be:-
- Work with our airline customer representatives to deliver a high level of service
- Act as the liaison with our customers to ensure issues are resolved in a timely and professional manner
- Manage all aspects of the new vendor set including agreement of contracts - commerical agreement/SLA's
- Work closely with the Operations teams to manage the warehouse resources are used efficiently
- Ensure, and audit compliance with all health and safety, regulatory and customer requirements
To be successful in this role you will need:-
- Experience of the airline industry
- Strong interpersonal skills, professional communication and self motivation
- Excellent planning and organisation skills
- Management experience would be an advantage
