Responsibilities
- Provide excellent face-to-face Customer Service by assisting customers with inquiries, requests, and concerns
- Maintain a welcoming and professional environment in the Customer Service area
- Handle customer transactions accurately and efficiently
- Assist in resolving customer complaints and issues in a timely manner
- Keep abreast of product knowledge and promotions to provide accurate information to customers
- Process customer orders and returns according to company policies and procedures
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the Customer Service area
Requirements
- No prior experience necessary; comprehensive training will be provided
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to remain calm and composed under pressure
- Strong problem-solving abilities
- Previous experience in retail or Customer Service roles is advantageous but not essential
