Customer Service Officer

CBH’s Customer Services Officer role offers you an exciting opportunity to work as part of a team of Customer Service Officers based at our Hester's Way Community Resource Centre area office, in a fast paced and varied environment.

With a key focus on delivering outstanding Customer Service, you will work taking calls from our customers.

This role is for 15 hours a week working Thursday and Friday.

The salary is £26,961 per annum (pro rata) with annual increments to £28,496 per annum (pro rata).
