Customer Service / Online Sales Assistant
We are currently looking for an enthusiastic Customer Service / Online Sales Assistant to join our clients friendly team, and assist in the day-to-day operations of the Online Sales department based in Ulting, Essex.
Role Purpose:
Reporting to Online Sales Manager, your role will be to speak with customers and assist with the Online Sales Administration for the department. This includes keeping stock items on the company web shop up to date with prices and descriptions as required, in conjunction with our retail and marketing teams. You will also be responsible for invoicing internet customers and updating on delivery status promptly.
Essential Skills/Experience:
Experience of working within a fast passed Customer Service environment (required)
Competent user of the Internet, Emails and Office app
Good administration skills
Knowledge of WordPress CMS would be useful, but not essential
Creative thinker when applying descriptive content
High level of accuracy and attention to detail when proof reading copy
Be organised with the ability to multitask efficiently
Have a flexible and approachable manner
Motivated and enthusiastic self-starter - able to use own initiative and bring fresh ideas to the team
Take accountability for own decisions
Be analytical and methodical in your approach to problems
Able to work on initiative for improvements
Professional and tidy appearance
Additional Information:
Start Date:As soon as possible, subject to successful candidates notice period
Location:Ulting, Maldon, Essex
Hours:40 hours per week - 8am to 5pm Monday to Friday (1 hour unpaid lunch)
Additional hours required during busy periods
Contract:Permanent, Full Time, Salaried
Salary: Competitive, depending on experience
