Our client is looking for a Customer Service and Operations Executive to be an integral part of a developing company. It is important that the successful candidate has an interest in expanding their knowledge and ability in Customer Services, to a complete remit across the 2 critical functions of both UK Customer Services and Operations with the support and training.

Job specification:
- Daily liaison with our UK 3rd Party Warehouse.
- Manage and deal with sales email inbox
- Manual & Electronic Order / EDI processing for UK customer orders
- Setting up customer specific info: prices and product information
- Customer New Line Form management
- Instigating invoice and credit requests with HQ
- Regular contact with customers by phone, email
- Co-ordinating launches and promotions with customers
- Dealing with customer enquiries and complaints – including POD / credit notes
- Liaising with finance on credit limits and held orders to maximise shipments.
- Coordinate and send Customer Samples / Consumer Replacements / Consumer Prizes via local courier & postal services providers.
- Consumer Services – handling consumer queries, responses, and complaints
- UK Database Management – updating and maintaining the UK database with critical data (codes, pack sizes, barcodes, Ti-Hi’s, Pallets etc…)
- UK Warehousing liaison
- UK Stock control and management
- Create GRN’s when / if stock is required to be booked into stock
- Managing stock transfers
- UK FSDU process management
- Be the conduit / connection between our FSDU Supplier and warehouses.
- UK FSDU Purchase Orders for Press & Independents in SAP / for supplier
- Review, Check & Authorise Payment Invoices received from FSDU supplier to HQ Finance Dept
- Oversee Bi-Annual returns process for Press Channel @ UK Warehouse
- General Administrative duties
Person specification:
- Excellent PC skills – Excel & Outlook mandatory.
- Experience of a business ERP system
- Experience of dealing with UK warehouse operations
- Strong organisational skills and ability to work to deadlines.
- Car driver
