Hays is working with a leading technology provider in the Bedfordshire area, looking to grow the current team.
Your new role
The client is looking for an ambitious and self-motivated individual with a winning personality, who isn't afraid to get on the phone and speak to clients old and new. A successful candidate is able to engage and understand a client's concerns and offer suitable solutions.
What you'll need to succeed
- Excellent Customer Service, communication and presentation skills
- Proactive, driven and resilient professional, who is happy to be on the phone dialling out to current and prospective clients.
- Building and maintaining client relationships
- Target driven and self-motivated
- Collate regular performance reports
- Adaptable and able to pick things up quickly
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft packages such as PowerPoint and Excel
- Experience using ConnectWise is desirable but not essential.
- Driving licence desirable
