Hours: 37.5 hours per week, between 8am and 6pm, including 1 in 3 Saturday Mornings

We are currently seeking talented Customer Service Representatives to join our growing team in Darlington. As a valued member of our team, you will share our departmental values and work collaboratively to achieve our KPIs. With an appetite for learning, a proactive approach to problem-solving, and a positive outlook, you will take ownership and provide solutions to a wide variety of customer requests.
A key attribute for success in this role is the ability to effectively manage customer requests and provide a high level of service to all stakeholders, both internal and external. By keeping our customers at the forefront of every transaction, you will strive for a one-touch resolution, reinforcing our culture of people talking to people.
