Tate Recruitment are working in partnership with Diligenta and are recruiting for talented Customer Service Representatives to join their organisation in Edinburgh.

We have various dates across February and March and opportunities that can lead to a permanent position.
Role responsibilities
· Providing all policyholders with excellent Customer Service at every step of their relationship with Diligenta/Standard Life
· Ensure you are providing each and every customer with an enjoyable Customer Service experience, by providing a high level of customer care and attention at all times
· Take ownership of customer problems, solving them at first point of contact and escalate when required
· Keeping track of a mailbox that might contain correspondence from co-workers or insurance customers.
· Co-ordinating with other teams and departments to help the policy holder find a solution.
· Acting professionally when conversing with financial representatives or policyholders.
· Embrace responsibility for duties you are given and keep an eye on activity.
