The Role of Customer Service Representative
- As a Customer Services Representative you will be based from our clients offices.
- You will work with a dynamic, friendly team taking inbound calls dealing with an array of Customer Service enquires.
- For example you could be dealing with invoice queries, helping to resolve potential issues, liaising with other departments, updating the CRM system and doing follow ups.
- You will be tasked with dealing with customer enquires and supporting them in a professional manor.
- You will work as part of a friendly, supportive team who support each other
