Customer Service Representative

Are you looking to gain experience in an office environment? Do you have a passion for Customer Service? We're looking for a full time Customer Service Representative to join us. You'll be working in the Customer Service Logistics team which has the commitment to providing value added services to both internal and external customers, whilst ensuring a positive and professional offering in a timely manner.

We are looking for energetic, accountable and focused individuals who are passionate about delivering service to
our customers.

Salary: £12.74/hour

Working pattern: 40 hours per week

Responsibilities:

• Process sales orders received from customers through the SAP system to meet customer requirements.
• Manage customer concerns/complaints/supply issues by ensuring effective communication, trend analysis to facilitate in development of corrective actions and follow up to ensure close out of issues, and effectively manage communication on progress with customers.
• Deal with any on the day issues for deliveries by liaising with customers and key stakeholders in order to deliver customer requirements.
• Building mutually beneficial relationships with customers.
• Contribute to positive team spirit.

Requirements:

• Demonstrated Customer Service experience with a strong focus on problem solving skills.
• An effective communicator who is capable of building excellent Customer Service relationships.
• PC skills and Excel spreadsheet experience.
• Preference for candidates with good working knowledge of SAP or Sales-force.
• Organised and methodical with the ability to work in a controlled and structured way.
