SalaryI am currently recruiting for my Telford based client for a Customer Services Representative/ Administrator on a permanent basis.
Salary depends on experience
Hours 8.45am - 5pm Monday to Thursday and 8.45am - 4.30pm Friday
25 days holiday + bank holidays
Pension
Responsibilities for Customer Services Representative/ Administrator:
- Dealing with customers enquiries via phone and email
- Updating various systems
- Ensuring clients are updated in regards to delivery
- Supporting with invoice queries
Requirements for Customer Services Representative/ Administrator:
Previous extensive experience in a telephone based Customer Services role
- Basic SAP knowledge desirable
- Good data entry skills
- Good telephone manner
- Ability to multi task
- Good eye for detail
