SRG are currently looking for a Customer Service Representative for a Global Pharmaceutical Company who have opened a new vacancy within their team on an initial 12 Month basis to be based at their office in Camberley.
The Role:
The primary responsibility is the processing of product orders and customer queries that are received in via the telephones.
- Communicating and coordinating with internal departments to ensure customers' needs are met effectively and efficiently.
- Delivering consistently high levels of service (qualitative and quantitative) and ensuring that quality policies, procedures and work Instructions are understood and followed.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handling phone calls and emails with internal and external customers in a timely, courteous manner aiming to resolve queries and place orders accurately and efficiently.
- Working in partnership with other departments to manage and resolve internal and external customer queries.
- Recording details of customer interactions, comments and complaints.
- Communicating customer and market information gained through customer contact to the Customer Service team as appropriate.
Skills/Experience Required:
- Proven experience in developing and establishing successful key relationships and delivering excellent standards of Customer Service.
- Highly organised with good communication skills at all levels.
- Good commercial awareness/business acumen.
- SAP and Salesforce experience, or similar.
- Adaptable/flexible and extremely self-motivated.
- Solid, demonstrable IT skills.
- Educated to 'A' Level standard (or equivalent).
