Our client is seeking driven and passionate Customer Service Advisors to support their busy Customer Service department.
Responsibilities
- Handle customer enquiries via phone and live chat
- Process sales and purchase orders with efficiency
- Manage delivery dates to meet customer expectation
- Cultivate and maintain relationships with customers and suppliers
- Resolve customer complaints promptly and professionally
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions
- Collaborate with colleagues when necessary
Skills/Experience:
- Prior experience in a Customer Service environment
- Excellent written and verbal English
- Good organisational skills
- Polite and friendly manner
- Ability to prioritise daily workload
