Your new role
As a Customer Services Representative, you will be the primary point of contact for all customer enquiries, provide them with support, information and guidance, maintain accurate customer records, order entry and processing, assist sales and marketing colleagues with the collection of tender documentation, provide quotations, deal with complaints and product returns and work closely with customers to ensure correct information is obtained allowing for a quote to be provided.
What you'll need to succeed
A solid background in Customer Services, the ability to work independently and a commitment to a high-quality and detail-orientated approach.
