We have a great opportunity for an experienced and technically minded candidate to join a small and busy company in Knowlhill.
The role will be based in the Aftersales Department where you will deal with customers and resellers who have purchased a product and need assistance, whether it be spare parts, technical advice on how to use the product or any other post sale query.
The duties are varied due to the small team and you will need to be flexible to take on ad-hoc duties and project work at as and when required.
Main Duties:
- Helpdesk and Customer Service enquiries
- Provide technical support to resellers, representatives and the public
- Processing telephone, email and postal enquiries
- Prepare spare parts for despatch - Ad-hoc in the warehouse - Not everyday - As and when needed.
- Liaising with product suppliers and manufacturers
- Dealing with repairs and returns
- Updating and maintaining the website
Full Training will be given on the product range and systems used.
