Customer Service Advisor

Hours - Monday - Saturday (Saturdays are 1 in every 3 weeks) around 1 per week.
Salary From £22,308 dependant on experience

WHAT THE ROLE ENTAILS
Reporting to a Customer Contact Team Lead, the CC Advisor role will include, but not be limited to, the following duties and responsibilities:
- Establishing new customer policies
- Servicing and administering existing customer policies
- Liaising with brokers in the administration of their customer requirements
- Developing and maintaining a rapport with customers to actively encourage a strong brand relationship and customer retention
- Advancing your learning and development
