About the Role:

As a Customer Service Representative at Lowden Guitars, you will be at the forefront of our interaction with the world, serving both Lowden dealers and end users globally. Your role will be critical in ensuring exceptional service across all communication channels and supporting our global sales objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as the primary point of contact for dealers and end-users worldwide, providing exceptional Customer Service in person, via telephone, and email.
• Manage daily communications, including in and out calls/emails, and follow up with customers to address their needs or concerns promptly.
• Support sales objectives for Lowden and Sheeran By Lowden product ranges, coordinating with the service department and managing the customer journey from start to finish.
• Participate in industry trade shows and customer visits, as required, to promote our brand and products.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years' experience in sales or Customer Service.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.
• Excellent communication skills and a good understanding of brand identity, management, and customer engagement.
• Demonstrated ability to take individual responsibility and ownership of Customer Service delivery and outcomes.
• A confident personality, capable of respecting and collaborating effectively with others.

Desirable Criteria:

• Familiarity with Lowden's product offerings.
• An interest in music or proficiency in playing the guitar.
• Experience with social media and CRM tools.
• Experience with Mac OS and Apple products.
