Salary: Starting salary of £10.95 per hour plus opportunity to earn bonus up to 10%
Shifts: 36 hours per week Option 1 - Compressed rotation - Wednesday 8-8pm, Thursday & Friday 9-8pm, Saturday 9-2pm.
Option 2 (2 week rota week 1) - Monday - Thursday 10am - 8pm, (week 2) Monday - Thursday 11am-7pm, Friday 11am - 6:45pm
Working in our General Insurance department support customers with their motor insurance needs.
You will be supporting customers who hold a policy with us and servicing their needs, including making changes to their policy.
You will be interacting with customers to provide information in response to inquiries about products and services.
You will need:
- The ability and experience to make decisions based on information presented
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities, listening and empathy skills
- Comfortable with technology and the ability to use Microsoft Office
- A passion for delivering an excellent customer experience and finding the best outcome for our customers
