Job Title: Customer Service Representative
Location: Lowestoft, Suffolk
Annual Salary: circa £24,000p.a. DOE
Hours: Monday to Friday, 08.30am - 17.00pm
Contract Type: Full time, permanent

Our client based in Lowestoft, Suffolk is looking for an experienced Customer Service Representative to join their team on a full time, permanent basis.
As Customer Service Representative your duties will include:
- Dealing with customers and responding/resolving any issues
- Updating CRM system
- Processing orders and assisting with sales queries
- Scheduling engineer visits
- Arranging for equipment to be delivered to site
- Additional duties as required.
An ideal candidate for the Customer Service Representative will have:
- Excellent Customer Service skills
- IT literacy
- Good numeracy skills
- Team player mentality
- Previous experience in a similar role.
