Time Appointments are delighted to be working with one of Suffolk’s leading road hauliers, a family-owned business, that are looking for a Customer Service Representative to join their team. Role Overview:
· Producing customers KPI’s and distribute them accordingly.
· Ensuring deliveries are being made to time.
· Answering phones/emails.
· Handling customer claims, acting as a mediator between customer and pallet network.
· Ensure customer POD’s are gathered and on systems within 5 days of delivery.
· Inputting jobs onto various systems, also integration of certain customers CSV files.
· Booking in consignments.
· Monitoring daily discrep reports.
Skills & Experience:
· Previous Customer Service experience
· Office-based experience is desirable
· Good standard of education
· Working knowledge of Microsoft Suite including Excel and Word
· Good phone manner
· Ability to remain calm under pressure
