YOUR TASKS
WorkingLocation: Ngau Tau Kok
Working Hours:5 days per week with 42.5 work hours, during 8:00 a.m. to 10:30 p.m.on Monday to Saturday including public holidays.
Responsibilities:
- Work in Customer Service call centre, manage calls from tracing hotline and provide quality service to both local and overseas customers
- Handle shipment tracing, work with other departments, as well as communicate with colleagues in overseas countries and update customers
- Handle customer enquiries and complaints and provide solutions
- Work with team members to achieve overall CS performance standards
REQUIREMENTS
- HKCEE / HKDSE graduate or above
- Customer service experience is an advantage, fresh graduates will also be considered
- Customer-oriented with good communication and telephone skills
- Able to work on shifts
- Good command of spoken and written English & Chinese, Mandarin is an advantage
