Salary: £25,000K - £26,000K per annum
Hours: Monday - Friday 08.00 - 17.00
Are you great at speaking to Customers and enjoy working as a team?
The ideal candidate will be a driven and enthusiastic individual with good listening skills.
- Day to Day of the role:
- Handle customer inquiries with a high level of professionalism and provide outstanding Customer Service.
- Utilise the appropriate methods and tools to provide accurate, valid, and complete information to customers.
- Manage incoming calls and Customer Service inquiries efficiently.
- Process orders and input data accurately.
- Coordinate the use of automated and computerised systems as necessary.
- Perform administrative tasks, including electronic filing and processing customer correspondence.
- Liaise with Logistics, Yard staff, Suppliers, and Customers to ensure smooth operations.
- Understand the company’s policies and vision, and contribute to the Customer Service team’s objectives.
- Take responsibility for bespoke lintel orders, including plot banding and scheduling deliveries.
- Produce accurate quotations from manufacturers’ schedules for prompt return to customers.
