Customer Service Representative

ME Recruits are collaborating with this exceptional company as they seek a highly motivated individual with exceptional Customer Service skills to join their dynamic team as a Customer Service Representative.
They're a well-established and reputed leading, high end, innovative manufacturing and production company known for their unwavering commitment to excellence.
Role Overview:

• Provide technical support to customers via calls, chats, or emails, ensuring accurate identification of required products or services.
• Handle a high volume of inquiries within a compliance-based framework, resolving issues satisfactorily. Escalate complex cases to senior management when necessary.
• Update customer records in compliance with GDPR regulations using our in-house databases.
• Assist out-of-warranty customers with appropriate sales solutions via live chat and email to contribute to monthly sales targets.

Key Skills Required:

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to discern customer needs over the phone.
• Goal-oriented with a focus on achieving targets.
• Capable of handling difficult situations with tact and composure.
• Exhibits good judgment and constructive challenge.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently.
• Strong team player.
• (Financial sector knowledge, or experience is advantageous, however not essential).

Location: Sevenoaks
Salary: £22,000
Hours: Monday – Friday, Full-time
Additional information: Following probation - 1 day week from home
