Evo Personnel are acting as an employment agency and we are looking to recruit Customer Service Representative for our prestigious manufacturing client in the Burnley area.
Salary & Package
£22,000.00 - £23,000.00 DOE.

Day Shift
Monday - Friday 09:00 – 17:00.
Experience Required
Previous experience performing Customer Service.
Administration, data entry and responding to emails.
Face to face interaction with clients.
Processing orders for clients.
Supporting the sales and project teams.
Organising quotes for clients.
Strong attention to detail.
Exceptional communication and organisational skills.
Work as part of a team.
Ability to prioritise and work under pressure.
Strong IT and Excel skills.
Able to adapt to use in-house computer systems.
This role is suited for a Customer Service Representative who would like to work in an open plan office environment and is confident speaking with clients face to face, over the phone and via email. You will be assigned a set client base and you’ll need to interact with both the sales & projects teams internally to keep them up to date on orders you’ve processed for the clients.
