JC76 - Customer Service Representative
Location – Bidford upon Avon
Salary – £22,000 to £25,000 DOE
Overview:
First Military Recruitment is working in partnership with our client to recruit a Customer Service Representative to join their growing team in Bidford upon Avon.
My client is looking for a motivated and experienced Customer Service Representative to support and assist their busy sales office within their Customer Service team. Due to the fast paced nature of my client's business, they are looking for candidates who possess excellent organisational skills and who can adeptly prioritise tasks while effectively managing their time.
This role is IT based, although it is not essential to have experience in the systems they operate. Full training will be given to the right candidate who will be a fast learner with an eagerness to learn.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Process orders that come through the sales office and input into their internal CMS within a timely manner.
- Follow orders from initial entry, through to dispatch and invoicing.
- Provide a high level of Customer Service to the sales office and web customers (via phone & email) by answering queries regarding orders, deliveries, POD’s, data sheet and pricing etc.
- Update and maintain product data sheets, customer information, and notes within CMS or intranet.
- Carry out any realistic requests from your line manager or directors.

In return our client offers:
- A salary of £22,000 to £25,000

- Working Hours: Monday to Friday - 9 to 5 or 8:30 to 4:30.
