SalaryOur client based in the Beddingon Lane area of Croydon are looking for a Customer Service Assistant. You will be starting ASAPand this post could turn in to a permanent one. Based in brand new premises, you will be working in the Customer Service office Monday to Friday 8.30am to 5pm. Free parking is available on site.
The role consists of the following:-
Working as part of a busy Customer Service team, you will be required to provide excellent Customer Service to all customers, including
- Receiving & placing customer orders
- Handling customer complaints coordination & resolution
- Processing returns in line with company policy
- Logging, investigating and resolving debit notes raised by customers
- Liaising with customers to ensure excellent Customer Service
- Liaise with appropriate internal departments to ensure customer satisfaction
- Updating schedules
- Progress chasing
- Highlight any concerns regarding customer care to the Customer Service Lead
Relevant skills required
- Previous Customer Service experience
- Purchase order processing and purchasing invoicing experience
- Stock Control knowledge
- Good communication skills both verbal and written
- Positive manner with ability to build customer intimacy
Hours of work Monday to Friday 8.30 a.m. to 5.00 p.m.
