Retail Account Representative

A growing business is looking for a highly motivated and dynamic Retail Account Representative
living a maximum of 3 miles from Finchley. You will play a crucial role in promoting our clients well know brand instore across all of the major Supermarkets, and will receive a salary of £25,989 per annum, plus full training, a quarterly bonus, a car and a fuel card.
Covering Wandsworth and the surrounding area, you will be given a number of store accounts to manage, and will work to a weekly call plan, visiting each one regularly. You will use your influencing skills and personality to influence Store Management Teams in order to maximise shelf space and brand exposure. This position requires excellent analytical skills, strong people skills, and a passion for achieving excellence.
YOU MUST LIVE A MAXIMUM OF 3 MILES FROM WANDSWORTH.
As Retail Account Representative, your responsibilities will include:

• Using the provided market research and analytics to maximise brand presence and location in store.
• Implementing instore displays and marketing strategies within the provided guidelines to increase brand awareness and drive customer acquisition.
• Coordinating and executing brand awareness campaigns, instore promos, POS usage, and space optimization activities.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams instore, using your influencing skills to maximise your brands potential store space/positioning.
• Monitoring and tracking campaign performance using analytics tools provided.
• Completing brand and compliance checks
• Attending industry events and trade shows to represent the company.
• Providing regular reports, including ROI analysis and recommendations for improvement.
• Staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices.

We’re looking for a Retail Account Representative with the following skills and experience:

• Good level of literacy and numeracy, and capacity for learning
• Full clean Driving Licence
• Proven experience in Retail or related roles (ideally Grocery or Convenience)
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment

You will work Monday to Friday, in a field-based role with no weekends.
