Sales Development Representative- London/Hybrid- 12 Months- 28- 33 ph PAYE
A global technology company are looking for an experienced Sales Development Representative to join their team on an initial 12 month assignment. The successful candidate will be expected to prospect and build a sales pipeline for the B2B commercial sales team via outbound calling, email communications and other direct marketing methods.
Responsibilities:
Work closely with Client Partners to deliver a sales pipeline that will contribute to the overall goals for the region.Engage and attract prospects through carefully iterated sequences of interactions (telephone, email, social, and in-person) to drive discovery meetings and generate pipeline. Qualify all sales leads and drive leads through the sales process.Organize and participate in events to build community, boost brand awareness and generate leads.Test and develop innovative, effective, and scalable outbound prospecting techniques.Consistently log and record each-and-every outreach made, in Salesforce, producing regular activity reports. Share weekly updates on activities with the team and contribute to improving the knowledge of the worldwide team.Skills/ Experience:
2+ years proven professional experience in Sales Development in SaaSPhone presence, proven communication skills and high attention to detail. Must feel very comfortable to handle cold calls at scale.Proven track record of consistently developing relationships and selling the value of a solution over the phoneExperience in lead nurturing, lead generation, and appointment settingFast learner, experience in explaining new product ideas and processes to business decision makersKnowledge with the usage of LinkedIn, Outreach, Outlook, Salesforce, ZoominfoCross-functional collaboration skillsSelf-starting with solid follow up and multi-tasking experienceExperience handling a fast-paced environment and challenging workloadProcess-oriented experienceAdvanced level of EnglishProcess oriented
