Responsibilities
• Inbound queries by telephone and email from new and existing customers• Resolve problems to customer's satisfaction within agreed timelines• Log site visits and organise part orders and delivery• Produce quotes• Maintain accuracy in order processing• Achieve KPI targets set by Service Manager• Develop new business opportunities and maintain sales pipeline• Record and track sales• Maintain knowledge of company's products and services• Provide high-quality service to internal and external customers
Requirements
• Five GCSE passes (or equivalent) including English and Maths• Minimum 2 years' experience in Customer Service• Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)• Ability and desire to sell• Effective listening skills• Positive, confident, and determined approach• Excellent organisational and planning skills• Strong customer focus and attention to detail• Ability to work independently and as part of a team• Ability to work under pressure• Excellent IT skills
