Location: Hove - free onsite parking with a view for hybrid working after training/probation
Hours: 9.00am - 5.30pm Monday - Friday
Salary: £25,000 + commission (OTE £30,000 - £40,000)
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a proven and experienced Customer Service Sales Executive to join a fast-growing and industry-recognised company.
About your new role:
- Driving sales conversion through excellent service
- Following up with customers, converting opportunities, and providing top-notch product knowledge
- Delivering outstanding Customer Service via various channels
- Providing a memorable and positive experience for all customers and clients
- Collaborating with colleagues and other departments to maximise on sales opportunities
About you:
- Previous experience in a Customer Service lead role with an element of sales
- A confident individual able to build rapport and long-standing relationships
- Ability to thrive in a team environment
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
- A strong attention to detail and can notice numerical and grammatical errors
