Our client is a specialist solutions provider of Leadership and Management, Coaching, Sales and Logistics training, with over 30 years of industry experience!
Offering innovative training and development solutions, they operate across the country and overseas.
Our client is now searching for ambitious and driven graduates to join their team as Sales Development Representatives!

Role:
- Gain a comprehensive knowledge of the company, their offering and the market they operate within in order to have valuable conversations with prospects
- Research and generate a list of potential prospects to target
- Being creative in your methods, perform prospect outreach with the aim to generate an interest in the company offering and book follow up meetings for senior members of the team
- Seek cross and upsell opportunities within existing accounts, exploring all potential options
- Manage and maintain strong business relationships with new and existing clients, seeking referrals where appropriate
- Manage and maintain the company CRM system, ensuring all client and sales activity is tracked correctly and efficiently
Requirements:
- Educated to degree level
- Possess exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Sales motivated!
- Excellent time management and organisational skills
- Self-motivated, with a strong desire to succeed
- Ability to work autonomously
