In this role, you'll be responsible for contacting existing customers, identifying potential leads, and introducing our products and services. You'll play a crucial part in driving sales growth while providing exceptional Customer Service.
Responsibilities:
- Contact existing customers via calls and emails to understand their needs and requirements.
- Analyze existing contracts to understand profitability and costs.
- Prepare quotes for products and services using SAP, ensuring timely delivery and follow-up through Microsoft Dynamics CRM.
- Work with the service team and wider organization to identify sales potentials in the market.
- Identify potential leads and prospects through SAP and scheduling tools to increase sales growth.
- Present solutions tailored to customer needs and provide accurate information about products, services, and pricing.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, inquiries, and sales activities.
- Generate reports on sales performance, customer feedback, and trends.
Required Skills:
- Previous sales experience is required.
- Proficiency in using SAP and Microsoft Dynamics CRM (Power Apps training can be provided).
- Familiarity with Microsoft Power Apps for streamlined processes.
- Proactive and self-motivated approach to work.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new tools and processes.

- £34,000 basic salary plus commission.
