Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Customer Service/Sales Representative. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers while promoting and selling our products. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong sales drive, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Duties:
- Assist customers with inquiries, product information, and order placement
- Provide exceptional Customer Service by resolving issues and ensuring customer satisfaction
- Actively promote and sell products to meet sales targets
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records
- Collaborate with team members to achieve department goals
- Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends
Experience:
- Previous experience in Customer Service or sales is preferred but not required
- Strong negotiation and time management skills
- Excellent communication skills, both listening and speaking
- Customer service-oriented with the ability to empathize with customers
- Organizational skills to manage multiple tasks effectively
- Sales-driven mindset with the ability to meet targets
