We have a fantastic opportunity for you to join a team operating within a critical function in the financial services industry. As a Customer Service Advisor, you will be the first point of contact for customers, supporting them through an inbound contact centre via multiple channels. This is a temporary position with the opportunity to be kept permanently.

Pay: £170/Day
Hours: Monday to Friday, 9-5
Duration: 6 months, oppportunity to be kept permanently
In this role, you will be at the forefront of our client's customer proposition, providing a trusted service to customers in the financial services industry. As the position involves dealing with vulnerable people, the ability to show empathy is crucial.
Essential Criteria:
- Previous exposure to the financial services industry, such as banking, complaints handling, pensions, or similar investment-related markets.
- Experience using various communication channels (voice, webchat, email) to interact with customers in a professional manner, contributing to excellent customer experiences.
- Customer-focused with the ability to quickly build rapport and provide exceptional etiquette while speaking to customers.
- Passionate and enthusiastic about solving customer queries and willing to go above and beyond.
- Exceptional attention to detail in written and verbal communication.
- Proven experience in taking ownership of queries and resolving them.
- Previous experience working with vulnerable customers is required.
Desirable Criteria:
- Strong relationship-building skills across stakeholders and teams.
- Excellent organisational skills to manage shifting priorities in an ambiguous and changing environment.
- Empathy and understanding towards customers' situations.
- Advantageous to possess a financial service qualification.
- Team player.
- RO1 certification is advantageous, but training will be provided.
