Overview:
This role will involve handling back-office tasks, including but not limited to pricing, billing, customer accounts processing, proactive management of backorders, and internal systems management.
This includes overseeing the direct platform for home deliveries and working with third party providers and internal stakeholders to ensure an optimal customer experience with gathering reports and analyse the data as well as complex queries and order management.
The nature of this role means that you will have excellent Microsoft Office (in particular Advanced Excel) skills.

- Managing key accounts and supporting key account managers with reports, pulling data together and presenting in a logical way - pivot tables, VLOOKUP's.
- Implement and develop long-term solutions developed
- Proactive customer management, dealing with all queries quickly, accurately and professionally
- Customer contact points, ensuring the customer is kept up to date at all times
- Build and manage relationships with customer base and develop in depth knowledge
- Reviewing work processes and making recommendations for improvements - improving any process and you see a flaw or an idea to simplify then you can make suggestions/improvements.
- Promote 'One Team' spirit by demonstrating strong teamwork and supporting your colleagues
- Work closely with field-based sales staff, logistics, IT and finance department
- Proactive order management including timely response
- Accurate processing, tracking and tracing orders
To be successful in this role you'll be:
- Knowledge of CRM systems e.g., Power BI, QlikView (desirable but not essential)
- Quick learner
- Good communication skills
- Able to face issues in a calm and professional manner
- Good professional communication, managing stakeholders.
- Process orientated/ analytical/ strong ops background.
