Customer Service Specialist + £24-25k + Permanent role
Our client base in Bacup are looking for a Customer Service Speciliast to join their internal Customer Services team.
Role Description:
* Working in our sales department, working closely with office staff and other areas of the business.
* Dealing with customer orders/enquires.
* Providing admin support top other departments.
* Delivering high levels of Customer Service.
* Dealing with customer over the phone with confidence.
Skills required:
* IT Skills, word & excel
* Confident with sales /office administration skills
* To be able to understand customer needs.
* Self-motivated with positive energy.
* Attention to detail and ability to retain product knowledge.
* Effective time management skills
* Strong communication skills
* Confident telephone manner
Hours:
Monday-Thursday 9.00am -5.00pm (Early finish on a Friday 4:30pm)
