Jewson Partnership Solutions (JPS) in Dukinfield is looking for a Customer Services Supervisor to join the team. This is an exciting opportunity to join and help develop our branch. At JPS we specialise in providing building material solutions for our customers in the Public Sector such as Housing Associations and Local Authorities. Location: JPS Jigsaw, Outram Rd, Dukinfield SK16 4XP
Working Hours: Monday-Friday 7:30am-17:00pm. (Full time and permanent role).
What will I be doing?
Our Customer Services Supervisors are an important contributor to the teams shared success and an essential part of our Customers positive experience with us. In order to support our customers and deliver a great service you will;
Act as first line support to the Branch Manager & Assistant Manager to lead and support the team to deliver success and suggest opportunities for continuous improvement
Get to know our product lines and services in order to make the most of all customer interactions in line with our JPS Values
Maintain stock levels, carrying out regular stock counts in the warehouse
Use our systems to process customer orders, arrange deliveries and keep customers updated throughout their journey and also act as a point of contact for customers who have any issues or queries
Lead your team to make Health & Safety a priority and demonstrate how you can keep yourself and others safe at work
