Recruiting for a highly organised individual with an excellent telephone manner and experience in administration or Customer Service roles.
The suitable candidate would need to provide excellent Customer Service within the standards of the company and KPIs by responding to customer emails and social media queries. You will also be expected to process membership application forms, deposit protections, reply to all queries and requests.
Responsibility:
" Respond to all emails for all schemes within the required KPIs
" Log and scan all inbound post and reply to all queries within required KPIs
" Assist in dispatching letters and emails, ensure they contain the appropriate scheme literature (CS inbox)
" Provide additional support to the Customer Services team by answering calls when required and assisting on their live chat service
Skills:
" Proven experience in administration or Customer Service roles (at least 12-18 months)
" Highly organised
" Confident on telephones
" A sound level of English, mathematical and communication skills
" Ability to work well to different tasks and deadlines
" Understanding of MS word and Excel
